Over 20 years of international experience, primarily with major mining companies such as Barrick Gold and Trafigura, including extensive expertise in project development and operations in Argentina. Played a key role in the recovery, life extension of the mine, and subsequent strategic partnership with Shandong Gold. Trilingual (Spanish-English-German) and holds an MBA from the University of Indiana in Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany. He has postgraduate studies in Finance (Chile) and Mining (Argentina). He is the VP of McEwen Copper and General Manager of the Los Azules Project, one of the largest in the world.
