He has experience in project management from preliminary stages, including logistical evaluation, basic infrastructure (early works) up to the full execution and closure of projects, including support to commissioning and start-up stages.
Resumen
Synopsis: Contract management in the development of mining infrastructure projects is usually approached as an administrative management task, however, the most important aspects in the planning and construction management activities -such as the administration of contracts- are mainly technical, the lack of attention to this principle can have a great impact on project execution costs and times.
