Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Córdoba, Diploma in Environmental Law from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, Thesis student in the Specialization in Environmental Law at the same university. He has more than twelve years of experience in different areas of the government of the Province of Santa Cruz related to the environment and natural resources. He participated in the elaboration of the Law for the closure of mines in the Province

In Santa Cruz, the Mine Closure Law represents a unique opportunity to promote sustainable activity that takes into account environmental, social and economic aspects. The objective of the presentation is to provide an analysis of the different aspects of the Mine Closure Law of the Province of Santa Cruz, emphasizing early and participatory mine closure planning, ensured through responsible environmental and financial management, which seeks regional economic diversification and the balance of environmental components in the post-closure.
