Southern Exploration ServicesRodrigo is a senior resource geologist with experience in open pit and underground mining. He currently works as an independent consultant, supported by his academic training as a specialist in resource estimation, added to his extensive international experience in mining, which gives him a global vision of the mining business, from exploration to start-up, construction and production. Rodrigo has experience in mining projects in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Mexico and Australia. He is a qualified person under NI 43-101 and JORC standards, serving as the qualified person for numerous NI 43-101 technical reports, from mineral estimates to feasibility studies. He had collaborated in the start-up and design of various mining projects.
Resumen
The QP is a qualified professional, usually known as Competent Person (CP), with relevant experience in the mining industry. This professional comes from the field of earth’s sciences, and his career and knowledge has been evaluated and is registered in a professional institute. Also, he has the power to emit opinion and to execute studies over mining assets in any of its stages, in order that they can be carried out in a sustainable manner in the territory where they are located and can be financed in the stocks markets. In this conference, the origin of the QP, its purpose and function, as well as the origin of the technical reports, the minimum necessary structure and their purpose will be addressed
