DL ConsultoresFederico Cooke graduated as Electronic Engineer at the University of Buenos Aires, then did an MBA at the IESE University of Navarra and a Postgraduate in Project Management at the University of Belgrano He served as SAP Project Manager at Atos. He was Subsecretary of MiPyMES of the Government of the Province of Salta. He currently works as Manager for the NOA at DL Consultores (Salta). He has vast experience in SAP implementations in companies such as Total Austral, Total Fina Elf, Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark and during the last 4 years he has been working in mining for Eramine, Mansfield, Livent, Sales de Jujuy and Barrick.
Resumen
During the presentation, the solutions that SAP has for the mining industry will be shown, what are the success factors of a SAP implementation and how the companies that currently use it benefit. As a first point, the pain points of the industry in its logistics and financial processes will be analyzed. Next, the solutions provided by the system that reflect the solution to the issues mentioned in the first point will be presented. Finally, a success case will be shown where SAP was implemented in the mining industry.
